Pareuchaetes pseudoinsulata (moth) Pareuchaetes pseudoinsulata (moth): it has been observed causing severe damage by defoliation of chromolaena and effectively controlling the weed.
Cecidochares connexa (gallfly) Cecidochares connexa (gallfly): the gallfly larvae feed on chromolaena stems, causing galls (or swellings) which stunt the plant and reduce seed production.
